Ticket Sales Manager

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of implementing and executing all the required department business plans to meet/exceed targeted yearly sales goals.
Duties

• Supervising of daily ticket office operations
• Overseeing the creation and managing of Ticket System
• Ticket pricing reviewing while overseeing ticket order fulfillment
• Overseeing the bid and design process
• Current processes and systems evaluation
• Reviewing and leading training, coaching, mentoring
• Leading goals/objectives development and implementation
• Increase of ticket sales revenue
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years of ticket sales management experience
• 2 years of stadium or large entertainment venue ticket sales experience
• Management and customer service experience
• Can work in varying work schedule
