Job Summary
The position will be in charge of the daily planning, customer service,, training program implementation and administrative information management.
Duties
- Tracking and managing of course and user information
- Helping with user acceptance testing online course content
- Conducting relationship analysis
- Researching and identifying of best practices, materials, resources
- Helping in customer support and training
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience non-profit organization
- Strong skills communications, organizations, MS office, Google Suite
