Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of the daily planning, customer service,, training program implementation and administrative information management.
Duties

  • Tracking and managing of course and user information
  • Helping with user acceptance testing online course content
  • Conducting relationship analysis
  • Researching and identifying of best practices, materials, resources
  • Helping in customer support and training
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience non-profit organization
  • Strong skills communications, organizations, MS office, Google Suite
