Service & Retention Representative - Ticket Office

Job Summary

Position Responsibilities 

• Responsible for meeting established goals associated with a defined base of existing season ticket holders, including renewals, referrals, add-ons and upgrades.
• Develop excellent relationships with accounts and deliver customized communications, programs and benefits to the fan base

Additional Information

• Interviews may be conducted prior to the closing date, but no offer of employment will be extended until after the position closes.
• Once an official offer is extended and accepted, the candidate will be required to complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.
• Contingent on satisfactory background screening results. 
• Required to present acceptable and original documents to prove identity and authorization to work in the United States. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus two years of customer service and retention experience in an intercollegiate or professional athletics setting is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is also required.
• Experience using Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system is preferred.
• A passion for building relationships with people and natural customer service instincts.
• Positive team centric attitude with a professional demeanor is essential to this position.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds is essential.
• The ability to work a non-standard work week which will include nights, weekends and holidays is mandatory.
