Job Summary

The position will be overseeing all the facets of comprehensive eSports program like special events, sponsored games, and recruiting of qualified student athletes.

Duties

• Managing of student staff payroll
• Monitoring and ensuring the success of recruitment efforts
• Helping to recruit and retain qualified athletes
• Program management
• Directing, supervising, evaluating of eSports program
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
• Prior coaching experience
• Can multitask at work, good problem solving skills
• MS office proficient
