• Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring Inside Sales Representatives, Junior Sales Academy interns, day to day management of both groups, to ensure the department reaches its goals.
• Responsible for selling, and surpassing individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of Inside Sales Representatives, and Junior Sales Interns.
• Recruit, hire, onboard new Inside Sales Representatives, and Junior Sales Academy interns.
• Administrative duties as assigned, scheduling, updating pricing sheets, sales collateral, and various reports.
• Work with Ticket Services to ensure policy is enforced, and introduce new Season Ticket Holders to their Season Ticket AE.
• Work with Client Services team to ensure premium season ticket policy is enforced, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Group Sales Department to ensure proper execution of service, and to meet revenue goals.
• Assist Director of Academy with sales planning, strategy, and lead generation.
• Create, and implement sales training programs for both ISR team, and JSA interns.
• Take the lead planning, and executing sales events.
• Represents the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven success in an outbound new business development role within professional sports.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Team player with, strong desire to be a sports sales industry leader.
• Strong customer service, self-motivated, excellent communication, time management and organizational skill.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in, Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Provenue Ticketing system preferred.
