• Coordinates and oversees all aspects of the highly successful swimming & diving program.

Responsibilities

• Organization, implementation, and skill instruction of daily practice and game-day preparation.
• Develop and conduct pre-season, in-season, and off-season training and conditioning programs for the team.
• Expected to adhere to all rules and regulations.
