Job Summary

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Instructs student-athletes on proper lifting techniques, speed development and recovery methods.
• Provides leadership to the full and part-time strength and conditioning staff who manage the University's men's and women's sport programs.
• Assists in test and evaluation of student-athletes' physical performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Football strength & conditioning experience at the Division I level.
• Have and maintain current certification through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
