Sales & Service Operations Manager

Job Summary

Summary: Under the leadership of the Manager of Partnership Marketing, the Sales and Service Operations Coordinator will oversee the day to day coordination of several major projects, the Sales and Service Operations will assist in all facets of our sales executions, inclusive of event support, and leadership/idea generation for innovative strategies in how we interact with our market from a sales and marketing perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Seasonal/Intern Hiring Lead the hiring process for seasonal game day staff and interns:  generate candidates, conduct interviews and be a part of the decision-making process. 

Experience/Education/Additional Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and additional four-plus years of related experience.   
• Individual must possess the desire to grow their career in professional sports in sales or marketing; 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
• Ability to exercise initiative and work independently and with others with little or no supervision; 
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle a number of responsibilities at the same time; 
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.; 
• Must be able to work events and Swarm games beyond normal business hours.
