Job Summary

Job Description

• Full time position.
• Reports to the Track Manager.
• Assists in the full scope of event management, race operations & administration. This will include:

1. Office management
2. Verifying employee payroll
3. Staffing events
4. Liight accounting
5. Maintaining the event calendar
6. Planning and execution of events within budgetary constraints   

• Minimum of 5 years related experience with preferably a background in motorsports.
• Multi-tasker, able to work independently and have excellent communication skills to professionally communicate information as needed in a timely manner to racers and customers. 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.  
• A background in social media is highly desirable.
