AV Service Technician

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to maintain a diverse group of permanent installations for external clients and internal installations. He or she will serve as the main issues resolver for the Service Team.

Duties

• Monitoring of service desk queues, responding to requests while performing technical assessments
• Assists in troubleshooting and issue resolving remotely
• Ensure prompt resolution and or escalation of customer issues
• Relevant/required documentations updating
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/CE or 1 year of relevant A/V installation experience
• PC hardware, windows, Doker, Ubuntu and the like familiarity
• Can multitask at work
