Job Summary
The position will handle calls while responding to customer written communications, manage issues and provide on-site presence on cancelled events.
Duties
- Handling about 4000 calls/written correspondence
- Fulfilling of make-good tickets for cancelled shows
- Helping to create unique methods to resolve customer concerns
- Client interviewing
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Completed 2 years of college coursework
- Strong communications/customer relations skills
- Can resolve problems/conflicts
- Can work weekends/nights/holidays
- MS office skills
