Director of Compliance Services for Monitoring and Education

Job Summary

Job Description

• Collaborates with other Compliance Services staff to ensure compliance with the NCAA, Conference, and institutional regulations. 

Job Duties

Program Monitoring

1. Monitors the activities for all University NCAA sport programs, including all processes related to NCAA Bylaws.
2. Monitoring activities include entry and review of data within the monitoring database, the NCAA Compliance Assistant (CA) database, and institutional database and tracking systems. Administers game day activities related to complimentary admissions for all institutional ticketed NCAA sport programs.

Program Support

1. Provides administrative support to the Compliance Services staff by systemically maintaining all Compliance Services records, review of form submissions, and management of office meeting schedule.
2. Coordinates Compliance Services intern and volunteer programs. 

General Compliance Services

1. Coordinates preparation rules education publications and meeting materials.
2. Collaborates with Compliance Services to provide rules interpretations related to monitoring activities.

Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's Degree
• Work Exp 3+ years
• Comprehensive knowledge of theories and practices and ability to use in complex, difficult and/or unprecedented situations.
• Communicate, converse, give direction, express oneself.
• Use hands or feet to operate or handle machinery, equipment, etc.
• Recognize or inspect visually.
• Perceive, observe, clarity of vision.
• Sit (stationary position) for prolonged period. 
• Walk or move about.
• Overnight Travel
• Preferred Education - Master's Degree.
