Job Summary

 

 

The position will be in charge of the growth and development of sales people team while ensuring to lead the strategy and implementation of all ticket sales.

 

Duties

  • Managing, supervising, motivating a staff of about 4-6 sales personnel
  • Helping in the strategy and execution of driving premium, season, group ticket sales
  • Measuring and reporting effective sales campaign
  • Evaluating of daily tasks of the sales team
  • Guiding the sales process
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in managing sales team
  • Strong skills in communication with high energy level
  • Good skills in decision making
  • String team work
  • Flexible in varying schedule
