Job Summary

The position will be in charge of the ongoing retail store operations of MILB team

Duties

Overseeing all the duties of inventory management to loss prevention
Retail business plan execution
Developing and implementing profitable customer focused merchandise and retail strategy
Developing and executing profitable customer focused merchandise
Product sales monitoring
Direct merchandise presentation
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
4 years of mix retail/merchandise experience
Sports related experience preferred
Strong skills interpersonal/communications/analytics
