Instructor in Coaching (Initial Assignment: Assistant Softball Coach)

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of instructing, mentoring and coaching student athletes for their skills and techniques to be developed.

Duties

• Helping to plan and schedule tournaments, competitions, events
• Creating and maintaining safety standards that can protect the student athlete
• Positive atmosphere creation for student athletes
• Helping with the recruitment process that can confer with CCCAA rules
• Helping to develop sport team budget with expenses management
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or
• Associate degree with 6 years of experience
• Has California Community College credential professional experience
