Responsibilities
- Process credit card payments for clients.
- Balance and audit client payment schedules and contracts.
- Respond to client emails and text messages to make adjustments to their payment schedules as requested.
Requirements
- Excellent organization and time management skills are necessary.
- This position requires consistent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Superb communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills to efficiently balance client contracts for accurate payment.
- Must be able to work independently and self-motivated.
- A team player committed to working in a quality environment.
- Able to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, detailed-oriented, with interest in finance.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
