Job Summary
Job Description
- Oversee the production from item set-up, writing purchase orders and sales orders, and tracking production to ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end order management starting with item set-up, sales orders, purchase orders, proofing approvals, and tracking deliveries to ensure customer in-hands dates.
- Item Set-Up, create necessary Sales Orders & Purchase Orders to appropriate vendors.
- Manage product approvals from client and communicate updates to vendor.
- Proactively troubleshooting issues with vendor execution or deliveries and provide timely solutions to assure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with overseas and domestic vendors on production status.
- Work directly with sourcing specialist to ensure pricing, terms, and MOQs for vendor programs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, procurement, or production related field.
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in ASI industry is a plus.
- Preferred knowledge in Saleforce and Microsoft AX.
