Job Summary

JOB OVERVIEW

• Box Office Intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of a professional sport team’s ticket office as well as its overall operation.

BOX OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the rapid and accurate completion of processing, printing and distribution of season, group or single game ticket orders.
• Maintain detailed box office records including organizing, filing,  and reporting data.
• Serve as window seller and will call attendant for all home games.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Willingness to participate in mascot appearances, and other community events.
• Help sales staff answer in-coming phone calls. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to start in Beginning of September.
• Must be willing to work long hours.
• Must be willing to cooperate and work well with all other areas of organization.
• Must be willing to work all positions or any other task when asked by any full-time staff member.
• Must be responsible for all equipment when in use.
• Knowledge of Hockey a plus.
• An energetic personality is a must.
• You will be responsible for providing your own housing and transportation.
• This position is NOT paid.
