Party Staff/Administrative Assistant (Saturdays/Sundays)

Job Summary

• Looking for a highly organized Party Staff/Administrative Assistant to perform all administrative functions for our operations.
• Seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are interested in working with our party/events department.   

Primary Responsibilities

• Organizing administrative paperwork
• High volume calls
• Scheduling parties
• Assist with writing contracts
• Assist with the set-up of all parties and greeting and receiving visitors

Other Information

• Involved in communication and involvement with youth members and parents. 
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays and this is a permanent position. 
• Only local NYC applicants will be considered.
• Successful candidate will have excellent organizational, customer service, problem solving and time management skills. 
• Demonstrated experience in MS Office including Word and Excel is required.
