Baseball Operations Intern

Job Summary

• Effectively chart pitches, including type of pitch and speed, for all pitchers.
• Assist with statistical analysis for scouting and development purposes.
• Assist in the execution and implementation of Game Day Operations as pertaining to Baseball Operations.
• Help in the evaluation of roster and potential talent pools.
• Assist with any tryouts and/or camps as needed.
• Assist in other areas of Baseball Operations as needed.

• Strong knowledge of the game of baseball.
• Working towards a college degree in sports management, business management, or related field. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Must work effectively under pressure.
• Team-oriented
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
