The position will be handling end user computer issues troubleshooting while ensuring to document and communicate solutions and problems to management and customers.

Duties

• Creating and following proper methods while effectively planning completion of tasks
• Give end user support to internal client base
• Logging and tracking of calls
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Pursuing college degree in relevant field
• IT work experience
• Full understanding of PC architecture/support,Server support, MS windows, others
• Can work in varying days/hours
