Job Summary

The position will support all department in HSE department for the different areas of IT.

Duties

• Troubleshooting of end user computer problems
• Communicating of problems/solutions verbally and in writing
• Creating and abiding by the standard processes
• Give end user support for internal client
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Can receive college credit
• Currently pursuing computer science or related preferred
• Good skills in communication
• PC architecture, PC support, Server support, MS windows full understanding
• Can maintain confidential information
• Flexible and reliable team member
