Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Collaborate day-to-day with internal Agency Account Managers and Event Managers.
- Participate in all aspects of client activations, with emphasis on events.
- Outreach via phone and email to potential activation partners and vendors.
- Engage with asset fabricators, printers, premium vendors, temporary staffing agencies.
- Track and manage event logistics and shipping documents.
- Coordinate registration programs.
- Participate in the development of all event run-of-show, sitemaps, staffing timelines, etc.
- On occasion participate in the on-site activation of events helping execute event logistics.
- Participate in the preparation of post activations tracking reports and wrap up reports.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in marketing environment.
- Passion for integrated marketing inc: experiential, digital media, & promotional marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to established process.
- Ability to problem solve on your feet.
- Knowledge and passion for domestic and international soccer.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred – not required.
