Account Coordinator

Job Summary

• Collaborate day-to-day with internal Agency Account Managers and Event Managers.
• Participate in all aspects of client activations, with emphasis on events.
• Outreach via phone and email to potential activation partners and vendors.
• Engage with asset fabricators, printers, premium vendors, temporary staffing agencies.
• Track and manage event logistics and shipping documents.
• Coordinate registration programs.
• Participate in the development of all event run-of-show, sitemaps, staffing timelines, etc. 
• On occasion participate in the on-site activation of events helping execute event logistics.
• Participate in the preparation of post activations tracking reports and wrap up reports.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in marketing environment.
• Passion for integrated marketing inc: experiential, digital media, & promotional marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to established process.
• Ability to problem solve on your feet.
• Knowledge and passion for domestic and international soccer.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred – not required.
