Assistant Cross Country/Track and Field Coach (part-time)

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting in practice, competition, evaluating athletes and recruits for the men's and women's cross country and track and field programs.
• Conduct all applicable operations in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the College and Athletics Department in accordance with the NCAA, and GNAC rules.
• Display professionalism, good judgement and support the department, mission, core values and goals.
• Serve as an effective role model for student-athletes.
• Position is a part-time, 9-month position.
   

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree and a successful background in coaching track and field or cross country.
• Master's degree and 1-2 years of experience coaching at the collegiate level are preferred.
• Competitive experience is also preferred.
