Asst Director of Facility Operations

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to manage the Facilities and activities.
Duties

• Directing, managing and developing of departmental processes for the department
• Leading and developing of daily work plan
• Helping to maintain updated records for all state/federal
• Developing and maintaining written plans for event set up
• ABI system use for payroll management
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2 years of management experience
• Repairs/maintenance working knowledge
• Strong skills in communications/computer
• CMMS software prior experience
