Assistant Ticket Manager - Athletic Ticketing

Job Summary

Job Overview

• Assist with all facets of sport ticketing operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and enforcement of NCAA regulations as they relate to ticketing for at home and away competitions.
• Assist with the student athletic pass distribution and student ticket pick-up for the sports of Football and Men's Basketball.
• Supervision of game day ticket sellers to ensure adherence to policies.
• Works directly with boosters and donors to fulfill donor related benefits for season tickets including allocation and distribution of priority parking passes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assists with hiring, supervising and training of part-time staff to include training on ticket systems procedures, cash/credit card/student charge handling procedures and customer service.
• Assist with annual season ticket renewal mailings and oversees the sale of tickets when hosting special events (SEC Championships, NCAA/NIT Tournaments). 

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of previous experience, preferrably in athletic ticketing or 1 year experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. 
• Preferred qualifications to include a Bachelor's degree and previous experience with Ticketmaster ticketing systems.
