Job Summary
The position will provide tactical leadership that can facilitate and support the sales and service initiatives for all OED brands. He or she will also support the Ticket Sales and Service team with the daily Ticketing system use.
Duties
- Building of all ticket elements in Archtics and TM host
- Supporting ticket projects from start to its implementation
- Testing, supporting and troubleshooting of all Account Manager tools
- Deliver top notch customer service to internal customers
- Supporting and execution of overall ticket inventory requirements
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or certificate needed
- 3 years of related experience
- Ticketing programs experience
- Strong skills in customer service/communications/MS office
- Detail oriented
