Job Summary
The position will give assistance to Event Operations Manager and work with the conversion team.
Duties
- Leading the hourly/part time/contract workers
- Equipment maintaining in excellent work orders
- Setting of building configurations as per SOP of each individual event
- Reviewing of conversion tasks/outlines/schedules
- Inspecting and keeping updated inventory of conversion
- Helping to implement and monitor conversion standards
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of work related experience
- Venue set up experience
- Strong skills in communications/organizational
- Can work varying days/hours
- MS office/CAD proficient
- Can multitask at work
