Job Summary
The position will be in charge of ensuring to provide a safe/guest friendly environment for each event at Theater.
Duties
- Perform Guest Services pre-event staff meeting
- Responds to escalated guest issues
- Determine proper actions that can resolve issues promptly
- Helping in training all front of house staff
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong leadership/customer service skills
- Can multitask at work
- Can work varying days/hours
