Part-Time Activation Team

Job Summary

• Deliver memorable experiences for fans at home games and events throughout the community 


• Execute in-game promotions and concourse activations during Oilers and Oil Kings games 


• Organize and prepare all promotions and prizing according to game scripts 


• Set up and tear down all promotions and promotional items and props


• Organize kids and groups for pre & post-game experiences 


• Assist with the setup, execution and tear down of Oilers, Oil Kings and Rogers Place events 


• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Passion for working with others and a committed pro-active approach to service excellence 


• Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills 


• Ability to problem solve in high-pressure situations


• Develop self and others through strong leadership skills


• Clear and concise verbal communication skills


• Experience working in an entertainment venue or arena will be considered an asset


• Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a Criminal Record Check
