Job Summary

Job Overview

• Work directly with the Associate Athletic Director of Internal Operations and other department and university staff in any capacity required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the event management of all home athletic contests and all University and outside events held at athletics facilities.
• Coordinate all event management meetings associated with events being held in athletics facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, structures, and grounds of the Athletics Department.
• Duties will include supervising athletics facility staff, coordinating, and supervising other university employees that assist with athletics events.
• Prepare requisitions for all materials and supplies needed for upkeep of athletics facilities and grounds, planning for and scheduling routine painting, repairing, and replacement of equipment, inventory, and athletic facilities.
• Manage the State property inventory of Athletics.
• Other responsibilities will be required as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director of Internal Operations.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
