Job Summary
The position will be in charge of handling of all incoming orders and attending to customer service queries.
Duties
- Processing various order types
- Identifying, researching and resolving queries of customers
- Cross selling/up selling of products
- Developing and keeping positive customer relations
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Some college or equivalent work experience
- Can work varying days/hours
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- MS office proficient
