Job Summary
The position will enhance the experiences while serving the Membership Community to generate revenue.
Duties
- Overseeing and participating the development of Season Ticket Member service plans
- Informing and devising engagement and service strategy for the community
- Assists the senior leaders to help understand the goals of the business
- Building and leading the team of professionals Membership Service
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Impressive membership services track record
- Sales/service leadership experience
- Relations building/management proficiency
- Work ethic and attention to detail
- MS office/CRM proficient
