Job Summary
The position will be in charge of growing and increasing the services and experiences of member community while ensuring to generate revenue.
Duties
- Assembling and managing the team to develop/execute effective sales/service strategies
- Supervising and participating the development of seasonal ticket member service
- Informing and designing of commitment strategy
- Development of innovative membership events
- Understanding of business objectives
- Building and leading a team of membership service professionals
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Sports/entertainment industry experience
- Attention to detail/work ethic
- MS office/CRM competence
- Sales/leadership experience
