Head Softball Coach

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of recruiting qualified student athletes that can be committed with the success of academic success.

Duties

• Planning, scheduling, organizing of practices/competitions
• Give feedback/evaluation to student athletes
• Managing of budgets/resources
• Attend to fundraising/alumni development
• Professionally represent the College and Department of Athletics
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
• Prior collegiate coaching experience or competitive playing experience
• MS office knowledge
• Valid driver's license
• Leadership/communication skills
