Fan Experience Director

Job Summary

Looking to hire a Fan Experience Director to work with season ticket and mini plan holders. The position will serve as an integral member of the sales team.

The Fan Experience Director position starts as soon as possible and is within the ticket sales department. Candidates must be available to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, occasional holidays and every game-day in-season. This position offers a salary, plus earned commission, health club membership, and additional benefits. Additional responsibilities will include a seasonal to-be-determined role as assigned by the GM.

Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:

• Utilize sales techniques to sell ticketing inventory

• Develop marketing strategies to connect with area families

• Plan events for potential mini plan holders

• Develop new sales leads and actively prospect daily

• Handle incoming sales calls from potential season ticket and mini plan buyers

• Maintain call logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Provide superior service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects and single game customers

• Upgrade and up sell clients into different categories and ticket packages

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Inside Sales

Qualification Standards:
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college

• 1-3 years working in the sports industry

• 1-3 years sales experience 

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral

• Highly motivated with a desire to meet and exceed stipulated goals

• Customer service oriented•

Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays

• Passionate about baseball and sports in general
