Job Summary

Summary
  • Responsible for all aspects of the club’s day to day hospitality sales and service. 
  • Main goal of the Hospitality Manager will be creating relationships with clients and understanding and fulfilling their needs to make smooth and unforgettable events. 
  • Responsibilities will include understanding pricing, menu options and capacities for all hospitality areas in the ballpark. 
  • Assisting customers in preordering as well as upselling customers will be expected. 
  • The ability to work with all other members of the food service department and club staff to execute top quality functions and events for clients will be required. 
  • Manage a part time staff of servers for all events through each of the hospitality areas of the park. 
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry as well as previous experience in sales and employee management will be beneficial. 
  • Being able to work with the point of sale equipment and web ordering portal as well as understanding proper inventory control will also be important. 
  • Running a clean and organized operation will be paramount.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to create strong partnerships with other members of management as well as all clients and employees.  
  • This position is a hands-on position as the culture is a team atmosphere instead of a strictly top-down delegation model.  
  • Candidates must be able to understand and help plan F&B hospitality with the multi-pronged goal of a great culinary and overall experience for customers at the same time as generating a strong revenue stream with solid margins to support the business.

Qualifications: 
  • College or Trade School degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Food & Beverage Field or Sales Field.
  • Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Must be organized with good time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
  • Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
  • Working conditions: A mix of office, hospitality area, kitchen, concession and outdoor.
  • Can be prolonged periods of standing or prolonged periods of standing.
  • Will be required to assist physically setting up and breaking down function areas as well as cleaning and stocking as needed. 
  • Nights, weekends, holidays will be required.
