Job Summary

Summary of Job Duties

• Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Director of Operations will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of gymnastics operations for the gymnastics program in the Athletic Department.
• Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty. as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• At least one year of relevant experience in gymnastics operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a culturally diverse university and team environment
• Experience as an NCAA Division I collegiate athlete

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Working knowledge of NCAA and SEC rules and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
