Job Summary
The position will be enhancing the experiences while servicing the Membership Community in generating of revenue by informing and devising sales/service process.
Duties
- Assembling and managing the team to develop and execute effective sales/service strategies
- Assists in building a major league property and create a core of identity of major league brand
- Overseeing and participating to develop service plans
- Informing and devising of engagement and service strategy
- Assists in developing innovative membership privileges
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knows the local Austin market
- Leadership background
- Servicing of ticket member experience preferred
- MS office/CRM system proficient preferred
