Job Summary
The position will be in charge of providing Help Desk support level 1 and 2 for work stations and the rest of computer related devices.
Duties
- Building, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting desktops and laptops Mac and Windows
- Account administration GSuite and Gmail
- Installment of software and license
- Gives deskside support for all software/hardware issues
- Installing and maintaining of 3rd party software and licenses
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- College diploma
- 5 years of experience in Helpdesk troubleshooting
- A+ or Network + Certification preferred
- Strong skills communications/customer service
