Job Summary

 

The position will be the customers' main contact and someone with customer service background preferred.
Duties

  • Hiring, training and managing FrontDesk associates and Skate Guards on all programs.
  • Booking of parties, events, group skates
  • Serving as Manager on Duty for at least 2 prime time shifts weekly

Qualifications

  • Strong skills organizational/administrative
  • Strong work ethics
  • Can work varying days/hours
  • MS office proficient
