Job Summary

The position will be in charge of serving as main contact person for all Park guests on games, special events and tours.

Duties

Greeting the guests upon entry
Scanning of game tickets
Helping the fans to locate ticketed seats
Give wheelchair assistance to guests when needed
Monitoring of assigned areas for opportunities/issues
Other related tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
1 year of experience customer/guest services
Can work long hours/holidays/nights
