Job Summary
Position:
- Reporting to the Assistant Director of Athletics
- Hourly paid position working in the Department of Athletics.
- Responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the sport
- Providing significant contributions to the development of student-athletes through mentorship, guidance, leadership opportunities, community building, and a commitment to social justice.
- This position is also responsible for the administration of all phases of varsity intercollegiate athletics
- Compliance
- Scheduling competitions
- Travel planning
- Data management
- Practice scheduling
- Roster management.
- Significant night and weekend commitments
- Reports to the Assistant Director of Athletics.
Qualifications:
- This role requires a bachelor’s degree and previous experience in coaching required.
- Experience or success in supervising young adults and managing programs preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain collegial relationships.
- Must be flexible
- Collaborative
- Have a positive attitude.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly with students and their families, while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Knowledgeable about the skills and tactics of the sport
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and other non-traditional schedules.

- Must successfully complete a background check and driving history.
