Job Summary

• Conduct face-to-face meetings about Ticket Packages and Suite Lease Partnerships.
• Making outbound sales calls selling and servicing season tickets, suite lease partnerships, group outings, hospitality packages, and others.
• Renew season ticket and ticket package accounts from year to year.
• Provide unsurpassed customer service to all clients as well as co-workers.
• Generate new business through leads lists, name collection activities, cold calls, speaking engagements, networking events, etc.
• Maintain and service group sales contacts.
• Follow and implement all team sales programs and call scripts.
• Help develop new sales promotions.
• Assist with team sales campaigns.
• Active involvement in local Chamber of Commerce’s throughout the  region.
• Hosting clients and prospects at all home games.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills.
• Superior customer service abilities.
• College degree
• 1-3 years in ticket sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in basic software programs.
• Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Have own dependable vehicle and transportation.
• Experience with ticketing system is a plus.
