Supervising Producer

Job Summary

• Lead the daily production process, providing editorial guidance and leadership to the production team.
• Oversee the production workflow for the team(s)
• Dictate show creative, working closely with team’s creative and production heads to execute vision of each show
• Manages team’s execution of editorial content according to the programming plan and schedule
• Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure that sponsors are properly integrated into show broadcasts
• Technical troubleshooting related to production, as needed

• Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of producing experience with focus on digital content and live production.

• Digital and live experience
• Highly creative out-of-the-box thinker 
• Strong writing and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, start-up environment with a high volume workload
• Passion for comedy, gaming and geek culture content
• Expert in the behavior and mechanics of the Twitch platform is a strong plus
