Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing superior client service to all existing and new season ticket members.
Duties

Retention and renewing of Season Ticket Members
Developing and maintaining of positive personal relations
Make at least few number of touch points
Providing quick, courteous responses to all inbound customer communication
Responding to all Season Ticket Members requirements
Creating, managing and analysis of all data
Generating of new revenue referrals
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
1 year experience in sales, customer service
MS office proficient
Professional sports familiarity
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
