Description of Job Duty:

• Make outbound phone calls to potential and existing customers
• Assist ticket sales staff with generating ticket sales leads by researching local groups, businesses, and individuals
• Serve as the primary contact for group sales efforts as it relates to planning and executing pre-game and in-game group sales experiences on game days
• Assist with various grassroots sales and marketing efforts
• Assist sales staff with in-office duties (mailers, data entry, etc.)
• Assist with off-site events (tournaments, player appearances, clinics, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the Ticket system as it relates to accepting and entering customer information for ticket orders
• Handle inbound telephone orders, and process payment into the ticketing system for season, single and post-season tickets for all sporting events
