Community Relations Seasonal Assistant

Job Summary

The position wil be supporting all the facets of community relations efforts like events, programs, donations and other events/initiatives all throughout the season.

Duties

• Helping with in kind donation requests and overseeing the fulfillment process
• Ensuring all donation requests are fulfilled
• Responding to email requests/inquiries
• Assisting to execute the community program of the team
• Assisting to execute of special events/appearances
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in related field
• Work experience in sports community relations
• Friendly, outgoing and professional communicator
• High ethical standards
• Strong computer skills
