Job Summary


The position will be working to enhance the effectiveness of NCSA's 500+ sales force and meet consistent and growing sales success.



  • Workforce planning
  • Providing routine pipeline updates and strategy recommendations
  • Leading the distribution and team alignment
  • Concepting, planning and executing projects geared to improve sales productivity
  • Developing and implementing of test/learn processes
  • Other related tasks


  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of work related experience
  • Team player
  • Experience in salesforce CRM, seasonal workforce planning,
