Job Summary

The position will be performing routine, preventive maintenance painting duties and full range of specialized painting projects.

Duties

• Selection of premixed paints or mixes
• Painting using brushes, rollers, airless gun, pot gun, cup gun
• Repairing and replacing of vinyl or ceramic tile
• Installing of fiberglass reinforced plastic
• Climbing scaffolding and ladders
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Maintenance painter journey level experience
• Painting and refinishing principles knowledge
• EPA rules knowledge
• Valid driver's license issued in California
